Opposition parties National Conference and Congress party on the second consecutive day of budget session 2018, disrupted the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative assembly with the slogans “stop Human Rights Violations, “Zalamo hosh Mai awo, Kashmiri Ka qatil Aam band Karo, NC legislator Ali Mohammad Sagar raised the question why didn’t CM allow them to talk about the Human Rights Violations. “When you were in opposition we allowed you to talk but why don’t you allow us now,” Sagar said. MLA NC Abdul Majeed Larmi raised the questions against violations while holding the picture of a pellet victim Insha. later all the opposition leaders walked out from the assembly, both the parties were told by the Speaker to remain silent but they kept raising slogans and walked out from the House.
